Mark Smith, Regional Vice President of Advanced Reserve Solutions, Inc., oversees all operations of the San Diego office. Mark has over 12 years of professional reserve analysis experience and has personally prepared over 1,000 reserve analyses for communities throughout the State of California. These clients range from boutique 4-unit condominium buildings to 3,000+ unit master planned communities with numerous common area amenities.
Mark is a certified Reserve Specialist (RS) from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). The RS designation was developed by CAI and is awarded to reserve analysts who are dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism and reserve analysis preparation.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University at Fullerton.
